Cyber Security Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Manager to join our team at RSM. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cyber security assurance and advisory services to our clients across various industries.
As a Manager, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and delivering engagements to a high standard. You will also be involved in client onboarding, risk management, and commercial arrangements. Additionally, you will support the development of other team members and act as a line manager for staff.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing oversight of engagement delivery
- Managing a client portfolio to ensure high-quality work
- Supporting the development of other team members
- Acting as a line manager for staff
Requirements for this role include:
- A minimum of 4 years' experience delivering cyber security assurance and advisory services
- Proven experience in managing engagements end-to-end in a professional service context
- Proficient in report writing and using common cyber security toolsets
- Hold or previously held professional-level cyber security certifications
Personal and professional qualities required include:
- Relevant experience within a technology risk, information security, or cyber security role
- Understanding of technology trends, cyber threats, and industry issues
- Passion for continuing your career in technology, cyber, risk management, and providing defensive and offensive cyber services
- Motivated to lead with purpose, innovate, and make a genuine lasting impact
