About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Manufacturing Technician to join our team at Butternut Box. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for driving line performance, diagnosing operational issues, and ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive line performance and diagnose operational issues
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure product specifications are met
  • Perform machine/equipment hygiene and changeovers
  • Prepare ingredients for production and mix recipes
  • Operate production line equipment to agreed operational settings
  • Perform other general tasks such as waste processing and order packing
  • Work to relevant standards and Key Performance Indicators
  • Attend daily review meetings and online performance reviews
  • Maintain general facility hygiene and work in a 'clean as you go' manner
Requirements
  • Previous machine operative experience in a food manufacturing environment
  • Working level of speaking English
  • Ability to read English
  • Committed to food quality
