About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Network Administrator to join our team at Talent Finder. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site technical support to our clients, ensuring their IT systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Offer telephone and email-based technical support, providing timely and effective solutions to technical issues.
  • Manage issues flagged by our monitoring software, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal downtime.
  • Perform various system administration tasks on-site, including the installation of new hardware.
  • Collaborate with our clients to maintain a mutually beneficial and positive working relationship.
Requirements
  • Experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or IT environment.
  • Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration and support.
  • Troubleshooting and supporting modern desktop environments (Windows 10/11/macOS).
  • Understanding of computer and server components, networks, and infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and diligently.
