Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to enhance our Construction division.

Location: Flexible work arrangements available.

Key Responsibilities

In the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will collaborate with the Commercial team on diverse projects spanning various sectors including education, healthcare, leisure, and public services.

Your daily tasks will encompass:

  • Engagement throughout the entire project lifecycle, from pre-construction phases to final delivery.
  • Collaboration with the project delivery team to maintain contractual oversight and manage project costs across multiple sectors.
  • Administration of the commercial elements of subcontract agreements, from procurement to interim and final account settlements, including negotiations to secure optimal outcomes.

Candidate Profile

This Senior Quantity Surveyor position is ideal for individuals who possess:

  • A minimum of HNC qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field
  • Experience in team leadership
  • Strong financial and commercial insight
