Key Responsibilities- Financial Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely completion of month-end processes and deadlines.
- Sales Invoicing: Work closely with colleagues to ensure accurate and timely sales invoicing aligned with completed projects.
- Financial Reconciliation: Manage deferred income/credits and monthly reconciliation, as well as reconcile all Bank Accounts.
- Project Sales Data Management: Manage project sales data into Sage 50.
- Credit Card Processing: Process credit card receipts through an online portal.
- Supplier Pay Run: Prepare the monthly supplier pay run, ensuring effective cashflow management.
- Payroll and PAYE Consolidation: Create payroll & PAYE consolidation journals.
- Finance Experience: Proven experience working in a finance environment.
- Accounting Qualification: Recognised Accounting qualification - AAT Level 3 qualified or equivalent experience.
- Software Skills: Working knowledge of Sage 50 & Microsoft office.
- Senior Finance Role: Previous experience in a senior finance role.
- Time Management: Able to prioritise deadlines.
- Independence and Pressure: Able to work effectively independently and under pressure.
- Organisation and Attention to Detail: Organised, strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, and communication skills.
- Holiday Entitlement: Holiday entitlement starting at 23 days plus bank holidays.
