Job Description

Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions (WTS) is a global leader in water recovery, treatment, and reuse. We design and supply a range of water systems, from food and beverage applications to municipal water, microelectronics ultrapure water, and heavy industrial wastewater treatment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement the program in compliance with deadlines, quality, and costs.
  • Coordinate all aspects of an expansion project, including project management, reporting to the senior leadership team, stakeholder management, weekly reporting, identifying, and mitigating risks.
  • Track, schedule, monitor, analyze, and adjust or correct parts of the program through consultation with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate between program workstreams, including fleet built, plant adaptations, commercial, finance.
  • Support the workstream leaders and monitor toll gates.
  • Monitor finances and budgets through stakeholder consultation and ensure the program is delivered on time, to time, quality, and cost.
  • Supervise and coordinate third parties and suppliers and ensure the supply chain and supporting services are in place and ready for service delivery by completion of program milestones.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs and reporting and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and legislative requirements.
  • Be responsible for the proper execution of the entire investment programme and identify, mitigate, and manage project risks and opportunities.
Requirements
  • Background in engineering or science-related projects.
  • Project Management experience that includes expansion projects.
  • Excellent IT tools, especially Google suite savvy.
  • Strong experience in managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Significant experience in the management of project budgets and expenditure.
  • Proven experience of working with and managing third parties and suppliers, including contracting and performance maintenance.
  • Fluent English and French.
  • Able to communicate with multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
