Lettings Negotiator / Administrator - Manchester - Competitive Salary

Nexus ERP, a leading provider of recruitment solutions in the property sector, is seeking a skilled Lettings Negotiator / Administrator to join their team in Manchester.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Marketing and Advertising: Ensure that all online listings are up-to-date and accurate, including Jupiter website, Unihomes, Rightmove, and Manchester Student Homes.
  • Lead Enquiries: Manage incoming leads, contact applicants, and schedule viewings.
  • Viewings and Applications: Conduct viewings, process tenant applications, and perform credit checks.
  • Paperwork and Administration: Complete all necessary paperwork, including guarantor details, and maintain accurate records.
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Coordinate maintenance and repairs with contractors.

Essential Skills:

  • Previous lettings experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in IT systems

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30am - 5:30pm
