MK College Prison Services Team at HMP Erlestoke is seeking innovative Teachers/Tutors to deliver to a diverse group of learners, helping to build their confidence, develop their skills and achieve within a college environment.

About the Role

We are looking for candidates interested in variable hours, on an ad-hoc basis, who are keen to explore Prison Education. HMP Erlestoke are currently looking for individuals with one or more of the below skillsets to support their curriculum delivery:

  • Functional Skills English - Entry to Level 2
  • Functional Skills Maths - Entry to Level 2
  • Digital Skills
  • Vocational - Carpentry, Catering, Cleaning, Horticulture
  • Art
  • Personal Social Development (PSD)

A teaching qualification would be desirable, however those willing to work towards a teaching qualification who hold supporting subject specialism or industry experience would also be considered - we can provide the training to help you achieve your full potential.
