Key Responsibilities
  • Select and implement the appropriate tools, software, applications, and systems to support our data technology goals.
  • Provide leadership to the Data Architecture & Data Governance team.
  • Oversee the mapping of data sources, data movement, interfaces, and analytics to ensure data quality.
  • Collaborate with project leads, consultants, and business unit leaders on all projects involving enterprise data and analytics.
  • Provide technical recommendations and work with Data Architects, Business SMEs, and other stakeholders throughout the Solution/Data Architecture and implementation lifecycle.
  • Address data-related issues regarding systems integration, compatibility, and multi-platform integration.
  • Develop and implement key components as needed to create testing criteria, ensuring the fidelity and performance of data architecture.
  • Document the project and program data architecture and environment to maintain a current and accurate view of the larger data picture.
  • Identify and develop opportunities for data reuse, migration, or retirement, and platform upgrades.
Requirements
  • Experience using modern cloud data technologies or architectures such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Microsoft Power BI, Azure Purview.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
