About the Company:
Join a leading entity in the Facilities Maintenance sector, providing a comprehensive range of services including mechanical, electrical, security, lighting, and grounds maintenance. They partner with major blue-chip companies across various industries such as retail, hospitality, and food and beverage.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a busy helpdesk team and oversee account management operations.
- Ensure exceptional service delivery, meet targets, and enhance the overall performance of the office-based team.
- Manage workloads, maintenance scheduling, and address escalations effectively.
- Maintain contract Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as an Operations Supervisor or in a similar role.
- Strong background in facilities or contract management.
- Ability to commute to the designated area.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday (8 AM - 5 PM)
