About the Role

We are seeking an experienced MIG Welder to join our team at Randstad RIS. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for welding and assembling components to high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Weld and assemble components using MIG and MMA techniques
  • Work on build/welding fixtures to tight tolerances
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet production targets and deadlines
  • Participate in quality control processes to ensure high-quality products
  • Adhere to safety protocols and wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
Requirements
  • Relevant NVQ Level 3 qualification
  • Experience with MIG and MMA welding techniques
  • Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team
  • Manual lifting and standing for long periods
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment

  • 36.5 hours per week
  • Day shift: Monday - Thursday, 08:00 - 16:00. Friday, 08:00 - 12:30

  • Night shift: Monday - Thursday, 00:00 - 08:00. Friday, 17:00 - 21:30

Applicants will need to pass a skills test. Weld test slots are available at a time that suits you.
