About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Sodexo Prestige Venues & Events. As a Kitchen Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, preparing and serving high-quality food to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook food to a high standard, following recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Ensure the kitchen is clean and hygienic, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Assist with food preparation, including washing, peeling, chopping, and cooking ingredients.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve kitchen goals and objectives.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest queries and concerns.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
