Geospatial Surveyor Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Geospatial Surveyor Assistant to join our team at Ridge & Partners LLP. As a Geospatial Surveyor Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our surveyors in delivering high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist surveyors in data capture using robotic total stations and GNSS technology
  • Support the delivery of projects to create 2D/3D topographical surveys using N4cE software
  • Operate specialist laser scanning equipment, including the Leica P40, Leica RTC360, NavVis VLX, and Leica BLK2GO
  • Analyze data using plans, maps, charts, and software such as AutoCAD and GIS programs
  • Prepare 2D and 3D survey drawings/models using AutoCAD and Revit
  • Compile and write reports
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role is advantageous
  • Proficiency in using survey equipment, including total stations and laser scanners
  • Essential experience in using AutoCAD
  • Knowledge of Cyclone is beneficial but not required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Full clean driving license is required
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
