Role Overview:
As a Facilities Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our client-facing team, working a 40-hour week from Monday to Friday. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming and assisting visitors and internal personnel, managing access cards and guest passes, and overseeing locker allocations.
- Handling front desk inquiries, booking meeting spaces, and addressing various requests such as travel arrangements and directions.
- Conducting site inspections and floor assessments to ensure a tidy and professional environment, preparing meeting rooms, and addressing client facility inquiries while escalating issues as necessary.
- Managing the facilities administration tasks, including monitoring the facilities inbox, handling email communications, and raising service requests on the helpdesk.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Experience in a receptionist, front of house, or concierge position.
- Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels and foster positive relationships.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
