We are a privately-owned, dynamic organization that is experiencing consistent growth and is seeking a dedicated Financial Operations Supervisor to enhance our finance team.

In this role, you will take charge of the preparation of monthly financial reports, budget planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and KPI reporting. You will also collaborate with the Finance Manager on various projects that require your expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily management of bank transactions, including posting and reconciliation, along with reporting bank balances to the management team.
  • Creation of sales invoices for projects upon receipt of payment confirmations, and conducting monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Collaboration with the Finance Manager to produce monthly financial reports.
  • Work alongside the Finance Manager and Finance Director to identify inefficiencies in accounting systems and processes, proposing potential enhancements.
  • Support the Finance Manager in developing cash flow and profit & loss forecasts as needed.
