Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking and reporting on inventory levels, stock movements, and discrepancies.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring compliance with safety and security protocols, and implementing quality control processes to ensure the integrity and traceability of inventory.
  • Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to prevent shortages, overstock, and discrepancies, and utilize the IFS ERP system to manage and track inventory, generate reports, and perform regular audits.
  • Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations, including those related to aerospace and defense, and maintain a thorough understanding of industry-specific regulations and requirements.
  • Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the efficient operation of the warehouse.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a stores or warehouse management role, preferably within the aerospace and defense industries.
  • Proven experience in inventory management and order dispatching, with a strong understanding of industry-specific regulations and requirements.
  • Familiarity with aerospace and defense industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience in inventory management, order dispatching, and using ERP systems, specifically IFS.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
