Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Approve Marketing & Communications Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy that aligns with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Brand Management: Own and manage our company's brand, including its identity, messaging, and visual elements.
  • Internal and External Communications: Manage internal and external communications, including press releases, media relations, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Partner Management: Manage external partners and consultants, including PR, design, and other agencies.
  • Trade Exhibitions: Identify, plan, and manage trade exhibitions and events that align with our marketing and communications strategy.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Own and manage our CRM database, ensuring it is up-to-date and comprehensive, and relevant to our business requirements.
  • Marketing Collateral: Develop and manage all marketing collateral, including branded gifts, brochures, product specification sheets, and other materials.
  • Website and Social Media: Manage our company's website(s) and corporate social media accounts, ensuring they are up-to-date and aligned with our marketing and communications strategy.
  • Crisis Management: Coordinate with our EMEA board and PR advisors in the event of crisis management.
  • Go-to-Market Strategies: Lead on the articulation of various go-to-market strategies developed by our commercial team.
  • Travel and Communication: Willingness to travel and be available at sites across the UK, and frequently liaise with your line manager to ensure spend/forecast is in line with associated cost budget.
Requirements:
  • Education: Degree, or equivalent, in a relevant subject.
  • Experience: Relevant experience preferred, in the absence of work experience, an impressive and relevant portfolio will be required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills through all media, a high standard of written, plain English, adept at using design software, understanding of CRM systems, IT and social media literate, good project management discipline, and the ability to manage upwards in the organization.
  • License: Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Eligibility: Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
