Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Children's Support Specialist to join our team at Prospero Health & Social Care in Birmingham. About the Role:

As a Children's Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing person-centered care and support to children and young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Developing and implementing individualized support plans, working closely with children, young people, and their families to achieve their goals.
  • Building strong relationships with children, young people, and their families, fostering a sense of trust and respect.
  • Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated support services.
  • Participating in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People or equivalent (Preferred).
  • At least 12 months experience working with children or young adults in the UK (essential).
  • Passion for nurturing and supporting young people.
  • Full, UK driving licence (essential).
