Job Title: Finance Systems Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Systems Manager to join our team at Culina Group. As a key member of our Finance/Projects team, you will be responsible for driving Finance best practice for our Finance systems, integrations, master data & access management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and document governance principles for finance data governance standards, system integration & access management.
  • Develop and maintain the SAP S4 user support process, including master data request/create/change process, change requests, and access provisioning.
  • Ensure a robust and controlled process for data management, including associated tables & integrations.
  • Act as the point of contact for Finance configuration or master data following first line triage, working with relevant business process owners to coordinate resolutions for any user issues.
  • Manage user access provisioning in accordance with the Segregation of Duties policy.
  • Responsible for the management of period end routines, including batch job scheduling, integrations, and ledger close.
  • Support annual audit and reporting procedures and produce various regular and ad hoc data extractions / reports.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance business performance, straight through processing and efficiency improvements.
Requirements:
  • SAP S4 Hana experience is ideal, but SAP experience is a minimum.
  • Strong self-starter, able to work independently and as part of an integrated team.
  • Clear organization skills and ability to articulate complex issues concisely.
  • Professional accounting qualification (CA, ACCA or similar) is desirable.
  • Solid foundation in ERP platforms and maintenance together with data management/analytics.
