About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced PCV driver to join our team at Manchester Airport. As a key member of our customer transport team, you will be responsible for the safe transportation of customers and staff, both landside and airside.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the safe transportation of customers and staff, adhering to P.C.V. Law and Regulations and the Road Traffic Act.
  • Offer a first-class customer experience, helping to make all customers' journeys exceptional.
  • Assist customers with luggage, ensuring that items are safely secure on the vehicle.
  • Report any vehicle defects or suspicious circumstances to the Customer Transport Manager on duty.
  • Prepare written official reports as and when requested in connection with incidents.
  • Report items of lost property as soon as items are found.
  • Ensure that vehicles are kept clean throughout.

Requirements

  • A clean driving licence and held a PCV licence for at least 2 years.
  • NVQ level 2 customer service, passenger transport would be advantageous.
  • A valid CPC driver validation card with no outstanding modules.
