Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team in a fun and engaging betting environment.

As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in growing our customer base and loyalty through excellent customer service and teamwork.

You will work closely with the Branch Manager to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in the role.

• Build strong relationships with customers to create a positive shop atmosphere and increase loyalty
• Promote company-wide campaigns to our customers
• Process bets, ensure accurate settlement, and pay winning bets
• Monitor competitor activity to stay ahead of the game
• Ensure a safe working environment and deputize for the Branch Manager when needed

• You will thrive in a flexible team environment and enjoy interacting with customers
• Good numerical skills and cash handling abilities
