Job Title: Staff Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team at Willing Care's Mental Health Hospital. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals with acute mental health needs.

About the Role

As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing and monitoring the physical and mental health of our service users. You will develop and implement individualized care plans to support recovery and discharge back into the community. Your expertise will be essential in administering medications and treatments as prescribed, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care within a less restrictive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and monitor the physical and mental health of service users with acute mental health needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to support recovery and discharge back into the community
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed in a safe and therapeutic manner
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care within a less restrictive environment
  • Support and educate service users and their families towards recovery
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with regulatory standards
