Nursery Practitioner Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team at Tops Lakeside Nursery. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our children.
About the Role
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for creating a safe and engaging environment that promotes the educational and social development of our children. You will work closely with our experienced team to plan and deliver activities that cater to the needs of our children, from babies to pre-school age.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and education to our children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote learning and development, including arts, crafts, music, and outdoor play.
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure a smooth and efficient nursery operation.
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers to ensure a seamless transition between home and nursery.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of a Level 3 in Early Years care and education.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with our team and parents.
