ACCA Senior Audit Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Audit Manager to join our team at T2 Search Ltd. As a Senior Audit Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of audit and assurance assignments, ensuring their effective and timely completion while maintaining the highest quality of standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and execute audit assignments for clients in the Southampton area and London, ensuring compliance with FRS 102 and IFRS.
- Lead and supervise a team of up to 10 staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of audit projects.
- Communicate with clients on the progress of the audit, meeting with them to discuss audit and accounts-related matters.
- Advise clients on areas of business improvement and negotiate the terms of business with clients as required.
- Ensure accurate and timely billing and receipt.
- Develop and implement best practices to improve internal processes.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending CPD courses, workshops, and reviewing professional publications.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to acquire new clients, meeting prospective clients and creating proposals.
- Extend the value chain by introducing new services to existing clients at all touch points.
- Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience (ACA/ACCA) ideally in a practice environment.
- Excellent knowledge of FRS 102 and IFRS, with consolidation experience, especially with overseas subsidiaries.
- Sound knowledge of ISA's, good report writing skills, and ability to manage a team of up to 10 staff.
- Competent with CaseWare, IRIS, and familiar with the Mercia methodology.
