About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Controller to join our team at AWD online. As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing the company's credit control functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer payments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate records of customer accounts and payments
- Communicate with customers to resolve any payment issues or discrepancies
- Develop and implement effective credit control strategies to minimize bad debt
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate invoicing
- Provide regular financial reports and analysis to management
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a credit control or accounts receivable role
- Strong MS Excel spreadsheet skills
- Good supervisory skills and ability to lead a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
