Job Title: Cover Supervisor

Job Type: Full-time/Part-time

Location: Holyhead Area

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Cover Supervisor to join our team at Excell Supply Ltd. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes in Secondary Schools across the Holyhead area during the short-term absence of the assigned teacher.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise classes in Secondary Schools, taking the register, delivering set work, and ensuring pupil understanding of the tasks which have been set.
  • Manage students' behavior in line with the schools' behavior policy, ensuring that students are on task and manage any immediate problems according to school procedures.
  • Promote good behavior and manage challenging behavior in the classroom.
  • Aid pupils in their learning as effectively as possible.
  • Help children with additional educational needs.
