Salary: £31,000 - £36,000

Job Overview:

First Military Recruitment is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our client's team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining a range of material handling equipment, including forklifts, side loaders, and reach trucks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Servicing, maintenance, and repair of material handling equipment
  • Using a market-leading fleet management system to complete parts orders, job sheets, and warranty work
  • Providing exceptional customer service to business customers
  • Booking planned maintenance with customers
  • Agreeing workload with the Field Service Team Leader and prioritizing tasks
  • Supporting Patch Engineers and ensuring all chargeable services are completed
  • Ensuring all fleet servicing is completed by the end of the month
  • Maintaining daily telephone contact with the Operations Controller

Requirements:
