Sales Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our established team based at our offices in Nottingham. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and supporting the sales team in achieving their targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring profitability and growth
- Deal with incoming customer queries and provide advice and solutions
- Undertake outbound activity to identify and target new customers
- Work closely with the external sales team to achieve sales targets
- Administer sales orders and quotations, ensuring customer delivery dates are met
- Regularly use our internal CRM system to track customer interactions and sales performance
- Liaise closely with internal departments such as logistics and procurement to ensure seamless customer service

Requirements
We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a strong track record of success in a similar role. You will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Packaging industry experience is desirable but not essential.
