We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Chef Apprentice to join our team at Greene King. As a Chef Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to develop your culinary skills and knowledge in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Our Chef Apprenticeship programme is designed to provide you with the skills and qualifications needed to succeed in the hospitality industry. You will work alongside our experienced chefs to prepare and cook a wide range of dishes, from classic pub fare to more complex menu items.

As a Chef Apprentice, you will also have the opportunity to develop your communication and teamwork skills, working closely with our kitchen team to deliver high-quality meals to our customers.

What You Will Learn

• Preparation and cooking of food to meet customer expectations

Our Apprenticeship Programme

• A combination of face-to-face and remote training sessions every 6 weeks
• On-the-job training and workshops to develop your skills and knowledge
• Regular reviews with your Line Manager and Apprenticeship Trainer
• The opportunity to gain Functional Skills in English and maths (if you don't already have GCSEs)
• A Chef Apprenticeship Qualification upon completion of the 15-month programme
