As a key member of The Portfolio Group's UK Sales team, you will play a vital role in driving business success. You will be responsible for managing, motivating, and inspiring a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Ensure all sales teams are motivated and delivering high-quality customer service to clients, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Performance Monitoring: Provide regular performance updates to the Head of Sales, highlighting challenges and proposing solutions to drive business growth.
  • Target Achievement: Deliver all company targets set by The Portfolio Group, ensuring the sales team is aligned with business objectives.
  • Training and Development: Work closely with the Sales Performance Enablement Manager to identify development needs and provide targeted coaching to enhance sales agent skills.
  • Quality Assurance: Feedback on all QA calls within the specified timeframe, addressing any queries in line with business process.
  • Leadership: Lead daily meetings with Sales team management, driving collaboration and ensuring effective communication.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct monthly performance reviews with team members, ensuring all evidence, including SMART goals, is recorded as per business process.
