  • Create and manage charter development, project plans, and timelines, collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Utilize agile tooling, such as JIRA RAID management, and cadences aligned with the program structure, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
  • Training and Support
  • Provide training and support to P&S Channel teams on the new communication approach, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in agile project management and business analysis within Financial Services.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret complex data.
  • Proven experience in requirements gathering, risk management, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong foundational understanding of private and capital markets.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
  • Proficiency in data reporting tools, such as Power BI, and project management software, such as Microsoft Excel and Jira.
