About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Class 2 Tanker Driver to join our team at WCF Chandlers. As a Multi-Drop Fuels Driver, you will be responsible for delivering fuel and lubricants to domestic, commercial, and agricultural customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily loading of the vehicle at designated fuel terminals or company depots in line with company and H&S policies and procedures.
  • Deliver fuel and lubricants to customers in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer needs in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work independently and make decisions to ensure the smooth operation of deliveries.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
Requirements
  • Minimum HGV License Class 2.
  • ADR including Class 3 in tanks is advantageous, although training can be given.
  • Driver CPC.
  • Good communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • Methodical approach to work and keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexibly and meet customer needs, particularly during peak periods.
  • Demonstrable experience of working autonomously and making decisions.
  • Understanding of the importance of health and safety in all aspects of work.
Benefits
  • Minimum salary of £31,512 per annum (based on £15.15 hourly rate).
  • 40 hour working week during core operating hours, Monday-Friday.
  • Overtime available for hours worked in excess of 40, as well as weekend work (when required), paid at an enhanced rate.
