Job Summary

The Production Supervisor will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production facility. This individual will be responsible for supervising production operations, training and developing employees, managing performance, and analyzing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise Production Operations: Oversee the production process to ensure maximum quality and efficiency.
  • Train and Develop Employees: Provide training and development opportunities to employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Manage Performance: Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve productivity and quality.
  • Analyze Manufacturing Processes: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure Compliance: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to facility safety and food safety guidelines and company standards.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to sit, walk, and move around for long periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and work in a manufacturing environment.
