Military Graduate Area Manager - Midlands

About the Role:

This exciting opportunity is designed for individuals with military experience looking to transition into a career in the private sector. As a Military Graduate Area Manager, you will be part of Amazon's Operations team, working closely with our military recruiting team to explore the many opportunities available within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and implement corrective actions to ensure quality and productivity are consistently high, and business objectives are met across all shifts.
  • Support and lead a team, handling administrative work while building and supporting a strong team culture.
  • Analyse performance and suggest process improvements to optimise work and improve customer service.
  • Collaborate with other managers to standardise shift processes.

About the Team:

You will be part of the Customer Fulfilment (CF) team, which is responsible for managing dynamic inventory and facilitating speedy deliveries round the clock. The CF team works closely with other teams, including Amazon Transportation Service (ATS) and Amazon Logistics (AMZL), to ensure seamless delivery of products to customers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (or working towards a bachelor's degree)
  • Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English
  • Relevant experience in performing data analysis
  • Experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment
