About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Manager to join our team at Finatal, a leading Private Equity-backed SaaS business. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key internal stakeholders to ensure that the treasury function supports and aligns with the broader organisational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Treasury Initiatives: Develop and implement treasury-specific projects/initiatives across the region, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Manage Bank Relationships: Administer and streamline numerous bank accounts and payroll processes, managing relationships with various banks, ensuring compliance with international banking regulations, and rationalising the number of bank accounts to improve efficiency.
  • Lead Strategic Projects: Collaborate with legal and tax expertise to identify and implement improvements to enhance treasury processes and operations, including system implementations, process automation, integration of newly acquired entities, and other projects aimed at enhancing the overall effectiveness of the treasury function.
  • Monitor and Manage Liquidity: Monitor and manage the organisation's bank relationships and liquidity management, including revolving credit facility, and manage tracking and reporting related to public bonds, including modelling and tracking covenant obligations.
  • Forecast Funding and Hedging Requirements: Forecast 13 week, medium and long-term funding and hedging requirements, and manage foreign currency exposure and foreign currency payments.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Must be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or Qualified Treasury Professional (AMCT).
  • Experience: Experience years) managing a Treasury Function within an international company; experience working with private equity is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of financial markets, financial instruments, and debt instruments; knowledge of banking relationships and covenants; excellent time management and organisational ability; team player with the ability to communicate and coordinate with multiple parties.
  • Preferred Qualifications: NetSuite experience is a plus.
