We are seeking a highly experienced Contract Management Leader to join our Interconnector Operations team. You will be responsible for overseeing all contract management activities related to our extensive fleet of interconnectors – the largest in the world. These interconnectors provide approximately 20% of the UK's energy supply and are crucial for decarbonizing the UK's energy system.
As part of a dynamic team, you will collaborate with Joint Venture partners and manage a team of 14 professionals, which is expected to grow as operational needs evolve. You will be part of a larger team of approximately 200 energy experts located across the UK.
This role offers flexibility with hybrid working arrangements, allowing you to work from both our office in Warwick and remotely. While our main office is in Warwick, travel to interconnector locations, our London office, and occasional EU destinations may be required.
About You
We are looking for a proven leader with extensive experience in delivering complex construction or infrastructure projects safely and efficiently. Your expertise should encompass contract management at a senior level, leading large-scale programs, and enabling project teams to operate innovatively.
You possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, along with strong team leadership and customer management experience. You have the ability to influence stakeholders and partner organizations effectively.
Your deep understanding of contract law and best practices will be essential in ensuring successful project execution and risk mitigation.
