About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantitative Researcher to join our team at Harrington Starr. As a Senior Quantitative Researcher, you will be responsible for developing and implementing successful systematic equity strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement systematic equity strategies using advanced data analytics and HPC techniques
  • Collaborate with a team of highly talented individuals in data analytics and HPC to drive innovation and growth
  • Work closely with a top-performing Portfolio Manager to develop and execute investment strategies
  • Contribute to the development of a collaborative and meritocratic working environment
  • Participate in the evaluation and selection of new investment opportunities
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in a systematic research role within equities
  • MSc or PhD in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field
  • Strong background in data analytics and HPC techniques
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
