We are looking for a talented graduate with a solid academic foundation, outstanding communication abilities, and a strong ambition to achieve Chartership in a timely manner.

This position is suitable for graduates with some experience in building structural design.

The role encompasses hands-on design work, report writing, conceptual design, site surveys, and collaboration with clients, architects, and design teams.

Parking is available, and the office is conveniently accessible via public transport.


You will be part of a friendly team of practical engineers who take pride in delivering exceptional engineering solutions, leveraging their problem-solving skills.

Innovation and collaboration are central to our ethos. The company operates several office locations and employs around 70 staff members.
The workload is diverse, with projects spanning various sectors.

All engineers are encouraged to take ownership, participate in all project aspects, and attend site visits and meetings while engaging in hands-on design.

Projects typically range from £6-20 million.

The firm maintains strong connections with both the IStructE and ICE, boasting a high percentage of Chartered Engineers.

Training for Chartership is a key focus here.
