We are in search of dedicated HR Services Coordinators to join our dynamic team based in Birmingham. This role is ideal for individuals with some HR experience or those who are keen to kickstart their career following the completion of an HR qualification.
The HR Services Coordinator position encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities, managing HR administration throughout the entire employee lifecycle. This includes tasks from onboarding and vetting to processing departures and everything in between. Given the nature of our operations, you will also assist with Occupational Health referrals and the scheduling of periodic medical assessments.
In this role, you will engage with colleagues, trade union representatives, and various levels of management, necessitating strong communication skills and confidence when interacting with stakeholders.
We seek an individual who is adept with technology and data management, possessing a keen eye for detail, as precision is crucial in this position. Ideally, you will have experience working within a busy HR environment and be well-versed in general HR administration.
This is an office-based role, as we believe in the value of teamwork and collaboration for sharing insights and knowledge.
