Job Title: Systems and Architecture Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Systems and Architecture Manager to join our team at T-Net British Columbia. As a key member of our Information Technology Department, you will play a critical role in advancing our enterprise architecture strategies and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Innovation Team in developing and implementing continuous enterprise architecture improvements that support our business objectives.
  • Plan and implement enterprise architecture strategies, methodologies, and frameworks within our complex IT ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards to ensure consistency and quality across our IT systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our architecture remains innovative and effective.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as information technology, computer science, or security, plus at least 5 years of experience within a complex IT environment.
  • Significant experience in an IT domain with 3-5 years' experience in systems and architecture operations or related domains.
  • Training on organization-relevant tools and technology that support systems and architecture design, development, and evaluation.
  • Experience in Enterprise Architecture methodologies and frameworks, Zachman, Gartner, or TOGAF.
  • Programming experience in.NET.
