Key Responsibilities:
- Compliance and Administration: Ensure compliance with all relevant company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including Ofsted, QCF, and awarding body criteria.
- Safeguarding and Welfare: Actively participate in and promote the safeguarding of children, young people, and vulnerable adults, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Teaching and Learning: Deliver engaging lessons and create a supportive learning environment, promoting equal opportunities and diversity considerations for learners and staff.
- Professional Development: Attend bi-monthly team meetings, standardization meetings, and engage in continuous professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- CPD and Competence: Maintain a CPD file, ensuring current occupation competence is up to date and recorded.

Requirements:
- Education: Good basic general education, including GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English at Grade C or above.
