- Develop and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders to enhance the company's reputation and credibility.

Desired Qualifications:

- Prior experience in a leadership or management role within a care or support setting.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation in care standards, health and safety, and food hygiene.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to be flexible, prioritize, plan, and organize work effectively, with a focus on achieving business objectives.
