We are seeking a skilled Composite Operator to join our team at Marshall Slingsby Advanced Composites in Kirkbymoorside, North Yorkshire. As a key member of our production team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality composite products to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Manufacture composite products from instructions, adhering to process and product specifications.
- Support all stages of the manufacturing process, with a focus on cloth cutting, laminating, infusion, and assembly.
- Ensure the integrity of products delivered to customers, maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production goals, adhering to company values and promoting a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Manufacturing experience, preferably in a process-driven production environment.
- Production and assembly skills, with a focus on composite materials.
- Ability to work in a team, communicate effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Good standard of education and relevant technical competencies.
