- Develop and maintain clinical expertise in physiotherapy assessment, diagnosis, and treatment
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to team members
- Stay up-to-date with best practices and research in physiotherapy
- Service Development
- Develop and implement new services and programs to meet patient needs
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement new services and programs
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of new services and programs
- Quality and Safety
- Develop and implement quality and safety initiatives to improve patient care and service delivery

- Education and Qualifications
- Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent
- Registration with the Healthcare Professional Council
- Experience
