Job Title:

Primary Teacher for ASD Classes

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified primary teacher to cover ASD based classes across all stages of the curriculum. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of the needs of ASD and experience within the primary curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach ASD based classes across all stages of the curriculum
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the needs of ASD students
  • Work collaboratively with the special education team to provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment
  • Assess and report on student progress
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (NQTs encouraged to apply)
  • Additional Learning Needs / ALN experience
  • Experience teaching Foundation Phase
  • Ability to develop and encourage learning
  • Excellent team player with a passion for becoming part of the community
  • Creative and able to conduct fun and inspiring lessons
  • Desire to make a positive difference to children
