We are seeking two Logistics Operations Coordinators to become part of our dynamic team.


You will be required to work on a rotating shift schedule, which includes: 05:00 - 14:00, 13:00 - 22:00, and 21:00 - 06:00.

As a Logistics Operations Coordinator, you will assist in managing the delivery operations for goods dispatched from our busy site.


In this role, you will coordinate customer deliveries, efficiently briefing and debriefing drivers while ensuring all paperwork is accurate, and promptly addressing any issues or discrepancies with the Transport Supervisor.


Additionally, you will ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations and transport compliance procedures for both staff and visitors, while also supporting audit processes and achieving operational targets.

To qualify for the Logistics Operations Coordinator position, you should possess:

  • A solid understanding of transport protocols, including Working Time Directive (WTD) and EU Driver regulations.
  • This role may also be referred to as Transport Assistant, Logistics Coordinator, Transport Service Coordinator, Distribution and Logistics Coordinator, Transport and Dispatch Coordinator, or Transport Compliance Coordinator.
