Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Assistant at Frasers Group, you will be responsible for:

  • Greeting and assisting customers with their inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Providing expert product knowledge and making recommendations to customers to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring a positive and welcoming environment for customers.
  • Handling cash transactions and operating the point of sale (POS) system with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Restocking shelves and ensuring products are presented in a visually appealing manner.
  • Supporting the sales team in achieving store targets and promotions, contributing to the overall success of the business.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for sports, fashion, and fitness, with a keen interest in the products we sell.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, with flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Previous retail experience is a plus, but not essential.
