Lead Bar Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our bar team to deliver exceptional service and create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative cocktail menus that showcase our expertise and creativity.
  • Train and motivate bartenders to provide top-notch service and maintain high standards of quality.
  • Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in mixology.
  • Oversee beverage inventory and ensure efficient ordering and stocking processes.
  • Implement practices to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
  • Ensure prompt and attentive service, address guest feedback, and resolve any issues professionally.
  • Monitor sales and analyze financial reports to optimize profitability.
  • Ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards through regular inspections.
  • Provide ongoing training to enhance staff skills and promote a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
  • Plan and execute promotions, special events, and themed nights.
  • Support the General Manager with marketing to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
