Email Marketing Specialist Job Description

Focus 5 Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join their team. As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using HubSpot to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create compelling email content, including copy, graphics, and multimedia elements.
  • Implement effective audience segmentation strategies to personalize email content and improve campaign performance.
  • Monitor key email marketing metrics, analyze campaign performance, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
Requirements:
  • 5 years' experience in email marketing, preferably in a D2C environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
