Role Overview

We're seeking a skilled Cleaner to join our passionate and driven Cleaning team based at our client's site in Oxford. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in the site's facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, and mopping floors, as well as cleaning toilets, car parks, warehouses, and yard areas.
  • Provide excellent customer service and be polite, professional, and friendly at all times with customers, clients, and colleagues.
  • Ensure the highest level of customer care is always adhered to.
  • Demonstrate a can-do attitude towards individual customer requests and strive to exceed customer expectations.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
